Useful AI automation starts with understanding. Each project is defined in writing, with the scope visible and your team involved.
Get to know our approachWe map the process, the people, and the tools. Together, we define what a useful outcome looks like.
You receive a clear proposal with scope, responsibilities, milestones, and a price before committing.
Review the agreed workflow, validate it against acceptance criteria, and receive the agreed documentation and handover.

Useful software should feel natural to use. We put clarity, practical design, and your day-to-day operations at the center of the brief.
Meet RMDLABDepending on the agreed scope, a project can use AI to classify enquiries, process documents, draft summaries, or route work for human approval. APIs can connect the approved tools involved. Model providers, data access, costs, review steps, and acceptance criteria are defined in the contract.
That is the starting point. We review your tools, available APIs, permissions, and account plans before confirming an integration. Third-party subscriptions and usage fees are identified separately in the proposal.
Projects are scoped individually. You receive a written proposal describing deliverables, price, currency, milestones, and any optional recurring fees before you decide to proceed. Requesting a proposal does not create a paid commitment.
Before work begins, prepaid unperformed services can be refunded less any fee agreed before payment and authorized non-recoverable third-party costs. After work starts, completed work and costs are reconciled under the contract. Our refund policy explains non-delivery and the request process; project-specific terms are provided before payment.
Delivery is digital. Your proposal sets out the hosting or handover method, milestones, acceptance process, documentation, and any access you need to provide. There is no physical shipping.
An ongoing service is optional unless your proposal explicitly includes it. Hosting, maintenance, support, and external platform costs are described separately. No recurring charge should begin without your agreement.
